Dear Cheryl,

Thank you so much for the lovely message. We're so glad to hear your feeling better.  I'm so glad that you're able to change your diet. What kind of a diet are doing? I definately have to change mine. Have to watch for the heart...I've gain too much weight lately, and I'm really tired all the time.

I know the secret is to stop smoking, exercise and eat properly...but it's so easy to say...than it is to do. Perhaps you can give me some diet ideas.

Jeremy would be so proud that you're taking care of yourself. I love this picture of Jeremy, he seems to be such a fun loving type of guy. Actually, you all seem to have nice big friendly smiles...very nice pic.

He would want you to live a healthy and happy life.  Are completely out of danger with  your illness or are you still in a doctors care?

Thank you Cheryl for keeping me updated. I appreciated and so does my Mom.  Please stay in touch and take care of yourself.
